La amplia área de visibilidad facilita la conducción. Solo para uso con la jaula de serie. El vidrio es muy resistente a los arañazos, pero no a prueba de rayones. Si bien es muy duro y duradero, el vidrio puede rayarse si se frota con contaminantes como arena, piedras pequeñas, suciedad, etc. Las toallas, los limpiaparabrisas y las escobillas de goma pueden rayar el vidrio si hay contaminantes en él.
