I purchased and installed the hard plastic, two piece rear window in my 2013 Can Am Maverick X rs 1000r last week. It appears to be made of good quality material. It took a while to figure out the exact placement around the roll cage as the instructions were a bit vague and you end up having to slightly bend the top piece to get it to slip in to the right place (I feel two people would have been much easier to get it into place), but once positioned and momentarily held up against the top with a well-placed block, the bottom piece mated up to it nicely. It fits snug, but that’s the idea, right? The clamps fit nicely, again, aligning everything would definitely be easier with two people. It has cut down on both noise (my exhaust is pretty loud) and dust and is an excellent mate with the Moose side enclosures I installed. Now snow riding will be much more enjoyable. I was planning on installing an aftermarket heater, but I’m going to hold off for now as I think the enclosed cab might heat up enough from the engine heat to be toasty inside with it enclosed like it is.
