Dakota Digital Retrotech RTX-59C-IMP Gauges for 1959-1960 Chevy

Fins and style for miles, but the 1959-60 Chevy dash has become an icon in the custom world. We find these quintuple clusters installed in everything from kustoms to mini trucks, and the RTX series is sure to wow them all. OE-styling for the faces with a large, full color TFT digital display and the flexibility to choose your own lighting colors make this a slam dunk. Requires use of stock gauge pods, which Dakota Digital does not offer.

Available with your choice of black or silver alloy gauge-face styling, each HDX system allows the user to select independent illumination colors for the gauge readings and needles, as well as the message centers. Calibration and personal settings are manipulated with the built-in, capacitive-touch buttons, or the available Bluetooth app for Apple and Android devices. Each needle hub is black nickel plated spun-aluminum to match the buttons. All HDX instrument systems feature dead-faced indicators (turn signals, high beam, check engine, cruise control, parking brake, plus two user-definable), and a red, settable warning light for each gauge. With our central control box, installation is greatly simplified with vehicle-harness sourced signals and supplied, solid state sending units connecting cleanly to their respective terminal. The RTX series is the latest from Dakota Digital, focused on retaining that stock look without sacrificing the late-model features you love. Every effort has been put forth to incorporate OEM design elements regarding the layout, face styling and indicators in your choice of 10 built in color themes. A casual glance may dismiss these as original equipment, but once you hit the switch and the LED backlighting comes on in your selecterd color scheme, all doubts will be removed. Starting from scratch, CNC machined housings are filled with electronics designed and built in-house, helping Dakota Digital once again raises the bar for aftermarket instrumentation. The high-definition TFT message centers can be fully configured to display just about any piece of information needed, or just leave the vintage-looking tumbler odometer on the screen for a totally stock appearance. As you’ve come to expect from Dakota Digital, the RTX series utilizes a central control box to make installation and setup as easy as possible. Although Dakota Digital instrument systems are programmable for both day and night intensity levels, the DIM-1 will allow rotary, or on-the-fly brightness adjustment added convenience.
