It is molded to fit your vehicle, however no holes are pre-cut.You must cut all your own holes, including seat, seat belt, and shifter holes.Some trimming around the outer edges is also necessary.

MASS BACKING OPTION

This item could be customized with Mass Backing, which is approximately 45 mil thick EVA material giving the carpet a more rigid and dense rubber backing to reduce heat and noise within your vehicle. Please note that the type of backing you choose does not affect the quality of the carpet, nor does it affect the way that the carpet will fit your car.
