Each Athena Engine Kit includes all the gaskets and sealing components required for a full engine rebuild: head, base, crankcase, exhaust, valve covers, O-rings, washers, and rubber gaskets. Every detail is considered to ensure maximum reliability in all riding conditions.

Each gasket is developed using 2D/3D modeling, Fuji Paper and Tin Testing, FEM simulations, and validated on static and dynamic test benches. Multi-layer embossing ensures uniform compression and optimal sealing. Dimensional accuracy is verified using profilometers and Virtek® inspection systems.
