Rick's Motorsport Electrics part #14-401 is an Aftermarket Lithium Ion Battery Compatible Rectifier Regulator for Yamaha 1976-79 RD400 with OE# 1A0-81910-20-00, 1L9-81970-60-00, and 1A0-81970-60-00. *Check & repair any damaged stator connections before installing this new rectifier-regulator. This is a combination rectifier & regulator that will replace both separate OE units on the bike; installation instructions will be included.**This rec-reg is not for use with standard lead acid batteries. The voltage set point is 14V +/- .2. Please contact the manufacturer of your Lithium Ion Battery to ensure our product has the correct set point for their product.***Rick's Motorsport Electrics One Year Product Warranty is for the Rec-Reg only. Rick's warranty does not cover batteries of any type.
