Refund Policy


Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Return shipping cost coverage varies by case.

The item must match the following conditions.

  • The item was not installed.
  • The item was not used.
  • The item cannot have scuffs or scratches.
  • The item is in brand new condition.
  • The item is returned in the original packaging.
  • Once the return is approved, a return tracking number must be supplied with in 10 days. 

When returning an item please make sure:

  • The item must be packaged properly to avoid damage / loss components in return shipping.
  • If the order includes multiple items, please specify which item is being returned. In some cases, the full kit must be returned.
  • Every return has a return authorization number. Please make sure it is clear on and in the return box.
  • Advise Lionparts of the return tracking number so we can process the return and refund process smoothly.
  • We suggest using FedEx or UPS so the return can be tracked.

Shipped outside the USA?

If your order was shipped outside the USA depending on the case your return may be unapproved even within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Goods

Lionparts takes every effort to ensure your package arrives in excellent condition. If your package arrives damaged, please call our customer service team at 888-927-3076 or emails us Please do not discard the shipping box.

Limited Warranty

For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, you may check to see if warranty information is available by searching for the part number and looking for the warranty tab.

Lionparts LLP is not liable for any damage caused by defect in material and workmanship.

Our warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only. any damages from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

How long does the refund process take?

Refunds at times can take up to 10 business days to process from the returned item being delivered. This will allow time for the return to be checked in, inspected and processing time for your refund. We aim to get your refund as soon as possible so if it is a rush, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best!
