If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us as long as they are in new, resalable condition:
Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature/documentation and original tags.

- Returns cannot be sent back without an RGA
Cancellation fees may apply to any HMF purchases
There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions.
Any returns that meet the following conditions will be refunded at a reduced amount or returned to the customer, at our discretion.
- Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike.
- Vehicle Parts: Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed
Between 30 and 60 days you may return any items with only a minimal 10% restocking fee.
After 60 days we may at our discretion be able to accept an item for return, however these returns, if authorized, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in new, resalable condition.
All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking ability such as UPS or FedEx.
Unfortunately there are no returns on discontinued, closeout, custom, electrical components (ignitions and fuel controllers for example) or products that specifically state there are no refunds / returns.
Call us quick (888) 927-3076! If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled but, it can be returned.
Need to make an exchange? Please place a new order for the merchandise that you would like. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment.
This will ensure that your new items don't go out of stock and that you get your new gear faster!
TIRES & WHEELS
All Tires & Wheels returns are subject to inspection by a Lionparts returns specialist and are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
Inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If loss or damage is discovered, notify your delivering carrier immediately. We have no responsibility in this matter as title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier,. however, if we can be of any assistance in any way, please let us know.
For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, you may check to see if warranty information is available by searching for the part number and looking for the warranty tab.
LIONPARTS LLP IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEFECT IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.
OUR WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY. ANY DAMAGES FROM THE DESIGN OR MANUFACTURING OF ANY ITEM ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER.
Refunds can be anticipated within four weeks of depositing your package to a return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return when we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund requests (5 to 10 business days).
If you require a refund and return, please contact us for authorization. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
