Dakota Digital FAST XFI Interface Expansion Module - BIM-01-2-FAST




The BIM-01-2-FAST is designed to read the engine information from the FAST XFI ECU, XFI 2.0 and XFI Sportsman. The BIM-01-2-FAST module is a direct plug in using the supplied inline Y-adaptor harness for simple connection to the FAST XFI harness (not compatible with the EZ-EFI systems).

The BIM-01-2-FAST will collect and output the following information to Dakota Digital Instrument Systems*:

Always available:

  • Tachometer
  • Engine Temp
  • Oil Pressure
  • Fuel Pressure
  • Air/ Fuel Ratio

The BIM-01-2-FAST is also compatible with the TCI EZ-TCU providing speedometer and gear position only

Please note: Due to the various factory and modified ECM's, additional data add-on's from FAST may be available such as Vehicle Speed, Intake Temp, and Gear Position. Dakota Digital cannot guarantee the presence or accuracy of the Coolant Temp., Intake Temp., Oil Pressure, or Gear Position displays since this is a function of the ECM and matching OEM functional sensors.

*The BIM-01-2-FAST is designed to decode the information provided by the FAST XFI ECU OR TCI EZ-TCU and supply this information to the VFD3 rev. G, VHX and HDX control box instrument systems only. Earlier control boxes (with an aluminum case) are not compatible with the BIM family of Expansion Modules.
