Dunlop's new AE2 series replaces the previous American Elite series.
The AE2 offers incredible all-around performance for V-twin touring and cruiser motorcycles and sets the new standard.
• Multi-Tread technology utilizes a long-wearing compound in the center of the rear tread flanked by lateral-grip compounds, giving riders outstanding mileage without sacrificing handling or grip. • An aggressive, new tread pattern utilizes a 10% higher land-ratio in the middle of the tread to reduce heat generation, improve wear characteristics, and increase mileage. • An increased sea-ratio on the shoulders enhances wet-weather performance when leaned over to give you that needed confidence during inclement conditions. • Updated front and rear compounds offer enhanced wear resistance and wet-weather performance. Incorporated with the new tread pattern, a 25% average increase in mileage has been achieved. • Carcass construction composed of aramid cords creates a more robust casing to provide improved handling, stability, and load-carrying capabilities specifically for V-twin touring and cruiser motorcycles.
