The Competition Series was designed and tested for sport ATVs. It features three inserts that affect the sound and power differently, giving you complete control over the type of power and sound you need, when you need it.

The Yamaha YFZ450R-X exhaust is available as a Full System in the Competition Series exhausts. HMF exhaust on the YFZ450R-X platform is used worldwide by both professional racers and recreational riders alike who are looking for even more performance out of their ride. The single 4” aluminum silencers picks up about 6 hp and 4 ft-lbs with a significant increase in sound and much better tone than the stock exhaust. The Competition Series comes with 3 different inserts to adjust the sound levels and power according to the riding area, restrictions, and rider preference. Significantly lighter than the stock system the HMF full system includes the HMF silencer, hardware, and headpipe. The HMF headpipe has built in mounts to utilize the factory heatshield or other heatshields using the same bolt pattern as the factory.Note: The HMF Full Exhaust system has welded tabs that are designed to be used with the OEM Heat Shield.
