Featuring a custom-designed LED bar graph, the unit is microprocessor controlled with peak rpm memory recall, and automatic night dimming, Shift light, and RPM activated Switch (Can handle 3 amps) . It also includes in-dash mounting hardware and installation instructions. It is only 3 3/8in diameter & 1 1/2 inches deep. It has a 0-9,999 readout in 100, 10 , or 1 RPM increments (ex. 9,900 , 9,990 , 9,999). It works on 1-2-4-6-8-10-12 cylinder engines. If your vehicle has a magneto system, connect the tach signal wire to the negative side of the coil. Do not connect the tach terminal to the positive (+ or high voltage) side of the ignition coil. Many tachometers, shift lights or RPM-activated switches will not read directly from a Magneto, so your installation may need a Magneto Signal Converter to function properly.
