Risk has identified the challenges surrounding utility jugs and developed smart solutions to make life easier when dealing with fluids. This jug solves the trials and tribulations common with transport, pouring, and even venting. The EZ Utility Jugs are exactly what the name implies, easy to use! They have a triple handle design that is completely unique. The top handle and side handle are obvious, but it is the third fingertip handle at the front of the jug that comes in handy during the end of the pour. This triple handle design allows the user to carry and pour at any angle with comfort and control. Use the EZ jugs with confidence knowing that they are constructed from thick-walled, high-density polyethylene, ensuring they are durable enough to hold up to any fluids you may transport. All gaskets are made from virgin nitrile rubber for chemical resistance, and they are replaceable. The EZ Utility Jugs also solve the all too familiar problem of liquid spilling from the vent hole, which is typically placed entirely too close to the spout, so, “When you’re filling, you’re spilling”. Risk placed their anodized aluminum breather on the very back of the top handle, keeping it far from the spout, and ensuring plenty of venting without the spills. In addition, this durable aluminum breather is slotted so it acts like a throttle to control your pour speed. Another common utility jug challenge is transportation. Safely securing a utility jug for transport can be a hassle, and tip overs can be a terrible mess, however Risk has solved this issue as well. The EZ Utility Jugs have a heat treated, spring steel floor mount which can be mounted in a trailer, van or truck bed. The EZ Utility Jug then snaps right in place, preventing it from falling over during transit. The EZ Floor Mount fits both the 3-gallon & 5-gallon EZ jugs. Additionally, a padlock can be placed through the EZ Floor Mount to securely lock the EZ Utility Jugs to your truck or trailer, protecting your investment.Customers can choose to pair their EZ Utility Jugs with the new and improved Hose Bender spout, which features an anodized aluminum cap with a lanyard & hook system that forms the flexible hose into the perfect pouring position. *NOTE: EZ Jugs are NOT portable fuel containers as described by ASTM, EPA, ARB and other official agencies. Additionally, a padlock can be placed through the EZ Universal Mount to securely lock the EZ Utility Jug to your truck or trailer, protecting your investment.
- Hose Description - Risk Racing is proud to release their latest innovation, The Hose Bender. A universal utility jug spout. Getting the spout of a full gas can in and out of the small fill tank hole is always a challenge, which usually ends up with spilled fuel. Risk Racing now offers the “Hose Bender” spout, a utility jug spout which uses the cap and lanyard to create a natural bend to the hose. This bend is what makes it easy to place your spout into your gas tank without spilled fuel. It also makes pulling the hose out of the tank easy, reducing spilling and spraying when your tank is full and you need a quick exit. The Hose Bender also helps stabilize your utility jug while pouring. This stability is maintained by a hook located at the end of the Hose Bender spout which rests the lip of the tank being filled. This simple but innovative design feature is a huge asset when filling any tank.Finally, the Hose Bender is constructed from HDPE Plastic ensure it is chemical resistant and durable. Thread this universal spout onto the Risk Racing EZ Utility Jugs, or any other powersports style utility jug with a ¾” thread in the top of the cap.
